How many is considered a group for your show?
15 or more (Big stars are 20 or more)
Do you allow driver and escort comps?
Yes (if arriving on a coach)
When do you need my deposit?
Deposits are due 45 days from the event date.
When is my final count and payment due?
Final count and payment are due 14 days from event date.
If I change my count after I have the payment in, can I get a refund?
You may cancel up to 4 people 72 hours before the event date to receive full refund.
Can you pay upon arrival?
Due to the high volume of buses coming in at one time, we require payment in advance.
Do your theatres have handicap parking, ramps, etc.?
Yes, both the Mansion and Oak Ridge Boys theatres have ramps on either side in our auditorium and handicap parking.
Who do we make our checks out to?
Checks need to be made out to The Mansion Theatre.
How can I get a tour of your theatres for my group, classroom, or field trip?
All tours need to be on advanced reservation so just call in with specific date and time and we will work with you to get your class or any group set up for a backstage tour.
How long are your shows?
Our shows are 2 hours long with a 15 minute intermission (big stars times will vary)
When do I need to make my reservations?
We suggest that when you know the date and show you wish to see, call and make those reservations so we can reserve your seats. We book in the order that we receive the reservations, so the sooner the better for good seats.
What time should we arrive to the show?
We suggest arriving at least 30 to 45 minutes before the show is to start. If you are seeing the Oaks, or any other big star, I would arrive one hour before the time of show.
